SoFabFood Summer Recipe Roundup

Updated: Dec 17, 2018

It’s time to highlight some of the beautiful content our SoFabFood contributors produce! SoFabFood is Collective Bias’s curated food blog, tasking influencers from our Social Fabric influencer community with creating beautiful and useful recipes for the everyday home chef. For those of you who have yet to wander over to the recipe heaven that is SoFabFood, you definitely need to check it out.

Our wonderful contributors are the backbone SoFabFood, creating original recipes from 5-ingredient, 30-minute weeknight meals to decadent holiday desserts. They write the post and capture the recipe creation through beautiful photographs. Below we’re featuring some of our favorite recipes from the summer. We hope you enjoy!

Spicy Salmon Poke Bowl – Georgina Walker

Scared of raw fish but intrigued by the recent poke bowl takeover? This is the recipe for you. (It’s also as delicious as it is beautiful).

Garlic Shrimp Zoodles – Megan Hastings

Pasta can feel a little heavy in the summer, right? Meet the perfect solution: ZOODLES (delicious pasta substitute as well as very fun word to say). Add some shrimp sauteed with garlic and you won’t even miss the comfort carbs.

Rose Sangria – Sara Maniez

Meet your new go to summer party drink. Fruity and light and made with fresh farmers market finds- you can see why this made the short list for favorite summer recipes!

Grilled Stone Fruit Salad  – Georgina Walker

How beautiful is this salad?! Grilled peaches and goat cheese and arugula…YUM. Plus the watermelon radishes have to be one of the prettier food accents around.

No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Tart – Trang Doan

If you thought a photo couldn’t melt in your mouth, THINK AGAIN. This dessert is no-bake (goodbye, sweaty summer kitchen) and pretty enough to serve at any occasion.
